Subscription help

Trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and Google. On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Menu > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Account and data

QuitJanestores all your progress on your device. To delete everything, uninstall the app or use the Reset option in Profile > Settings. To request account or data deletion, email quitjaneapp@gmail.com.
