By downloading, installing, or using QuitJane("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

QuitJane is a wellness application designed to support users who choose to quit cannabis use. The App provides progress tracking, science-based educational content, coaching prompts, and craving management tools.

Not Medical Advice

QuitJane is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in the App is for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. If you are experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms or mental health concerns, seek professional help immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuitJane. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions and Payments

• QuitJane offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for full access.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QuitJane, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by QuitJane and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The science-based recovery timeline and coaching content are original works.

Disclaimer of Warranties

QuitJaneis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recovery milestones will match your exact experience. Individual results vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuitJane and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access toQuitJane at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscription.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
